All bookings require prepayment in full by e-transfer in order to confirm your sitting dates.


  • A 25% cancellation fee applies once a booking is confirmed.  
  • Cancellations 72 hours or less from your booking start date are charged a 50% cancellation fee. 
  • Cancellations 24 hours or less are not refundable.
  • Early returns (excluding emergencies) are not refundable as I have reserved this time specifically for you and your pet(s). 


50% surcharge to normal rate applies per visit on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day,  Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day and other official Federal, Provincial or Civic holidays.


Subject to availability, I accept regular bookings up to 1 day before the scheduled start date.  It's always a good idea to book several weeks in advance to secure your dates, especially around high-demand holiday periods. 


Yes, a dog owner myself,  I offer select doggy drop-in services such as puppy or senior pees, or special assistance with short term needs as a result of pet illness or medical recuperation.
